  1. Setting Preferences

  3. The Preferences dialog box lets you select the movie format for each file conversion. You can also choose to display or hide the Destination dialog box when you drag a movie document to the utility icon.

  5. To set new preferences:
  6. 1. From the File menu, choose Preferences.
  7. 2. Select the conversion options you want.
  8. If you select the Display Destination Dialog During Drag And Drop option, the utility will use the default Preferences settings, or the settings you last saved.
